Together they bring deep, hands-on experience across Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, Azure, RPA and mobile, delivering solutions that are built to last.
Leadership
Meet the founders
Kalpan founded Skywinds to bring deep, specialist Microsoft cloud expertise to growing businesses. With over 16 years across Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, he has led enterprise CRM and ERP implementations end to end — from solution architecture and stakeholder alignment to delivery and adoption. He sets the technical direction at Skywinds and stays close to every client engagement.
Rutul leads engineering and delivery at Skywinds, drawing on more than 15 years building software across Azure, custom development and mobile. He architects scalable, secure cloud solutions and has guided teams through complex migrations, integrations and app builds. He champions clean engineering and a quality-first delivery culture across the team.
